Roles and Responsibilities
Site engineer will manage part of a construction project; they also help with technical advice and supervise other members of staff. The work can be varied as projects can range from working on a large-scale housing estate to building a new shopping complex. Site engineers should understand the different needs projects have.
Contract duration: Unlimited term contracts
Total salary benefits: 6,000AED To 12,000AED (As per the experience)

Nationality: Any Nationality except Egyptian
Years of experience: 5 Years to 10 Years
Education. Engineering Education Required
Skills required: Must have experience for Fit out & finish Work

Job Description
- Execute and monitor project activities
- Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work
- Coordinate priorities and resources for projects
- Ability to set priorities and meet project deadlines
- General supervision of all employees on the project team
- Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and project teams
- Monitoring project budget, and timelines
- Prepare and update project plans and status reports for Project Manager
- Allocate resources to complete projects within given time and budget
Candidate Profile
- Open to all English and Hindi speaking professionals
- Candidates within UAE Only
Education / Experience Required - Certificates in Project Management or Engineering a plus
- Minز of 3 yrs. of relevant experience in project development and supervision
- UAE experience within projects roles is a must
- knowledge in using Project Management tools
- Excellent English and Hindi communication and management skills

Job Description;
Ensures that PQP/ Quality Procedures/ ITPs and other quality documents are successfully implemented at the site.
Carry out internal quality inspections of all completed works prior to offering it to engineers.
Inspects all materials received at site against material requirements
Coordinates and organizes Engineer inspections for completed works and received materials, prior to releasing it for further activities.

Follow up the corrective action procedures for NCRs and forward the re-inspection report to the Project Site Engineer
Ensures and assists timely NCRs closure raised with the help of the site team.
Encourages the consultant for site surveillance, site instruction whenever deemed necessary.
Makes regular site walks and ensures all equipment used at site are having valid calibration certificates
Ensures that all drawings and procedures being used at site are the latest revision.
