Recruitment on the post of assistant electrical engineer & assistant engineer (civil) on the basis of valid gate score
Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd. on behalf of itself and its subsidiary companies namely North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (NBPDCL), South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL) & Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited (BSPTCL) invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment on the post of ASSISTANT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER and ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL) on the basis of VALID GATE SCORE for Head Offices and Field Offices of the respective companies as per the details given below :-
QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY :-
Candidates appearing in final year of Engineering discipline and having valid GATE score may also apply for the respective posts but the final year marks sheet with minimum percentage of marks as mentioned in para – 2.2 & Engineering Degree certificate shall have to be submitted at the time of documents verification/ counselling. If they do not submit their required Eng. Degree certificates at the time of verification, their candidature summarily will be rejected.
REMUNERATION : –
Consolidated Pay Band – Rs. 36800-58600 for One year during probation period starting with consolidated monthly pay Rs. 36800/- (Rs. Thirty six thousand eight hundred) only.
After completion of one year of probation period from the date of appointment on consolidated pay, Regular Pay in Level 8 (as per 7 th PRC) will be admissible subject to their conduct and performance remaining satisfactory and their achieving the minimum performance targets/ indicators decided and evaluated by the competent authority during the probation period.
APPLICATION FEE :
a. Application fee is Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred) only for UR, BC and EBC candidates and for SC/ ST of Bihar domicile & Divyang is Rs.375/-(Rupees Three hundred seventy five) only.
b. Fee will be accepted through online payment mode.
HOW TO APPLY :
a. The applicants are required to apply through “ONLINE” on the Website of http://www.bsphcl.bih.nic.inThe Website will be open from 16.03.2018 at 11:00 AM to 01.04.2018 upto 06:00 PM. After filling up the ON-LINE application; Candidates shall have to take a print out of the same.
b. Soft copy of necessary certificates, as specified, shall have to be attached/uploaded with the online application.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION BEFORE FILLING ON-LINE APPLICATIONS:-
a. Only one Application should be filled for one post by an applicant.
b. Only Eligible candidates as per Advertisement should fill up the Form.
c. Go to website http://www.bsphcl.bih.nic.in
d. Click here to “On-line application for the post of AEE/AE(C)” for the post being applied for and Register.
e. Registration is mandatory for e-filling up the form. (Valid Email ID and a Mobile Number is necessary for registration).
f. USER ID/ Registration ID will be generated after Registration.
g. Use USER ID and Password (password created by the candidates at the time of Registration) to Login and fill the Application form in following manner :-
(1) Personal details
(2) Educational qualification
(3) FEE (Fee accepted through online only)
(4) Uploading Photo and Signature
Before uploading photo and signature be sure that
i. Photo size should be less than 50KB. (preferred dimension : 200 X 230px)
ii. Signature size should be less than 20KB. (preferred dimension : 140 X 60px)
(5) Upload documents (as required) :-
i. Valid Gate Score
ii. Matric Certificate for age proof.
iii. Inter/10+2 Certificate
iv. Marks sheet of Engineering Degree
v. Passing certificate of Engineering Degree
vi. Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit is claimed,
vii. If Divyang Candidates, certificate from competent authority,
viii. If land loser/ land displaced person certificate issued from District Magistrate/ Dy. Commissioner.
ix. If claims reservation against relatives of Freedom Fighter as per Govt.of Bihar Resolution, the Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed Performa of Govt. of Bihar
