Established high-end residential construction development business is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work on several super prime residential schemes in London / Surrey.
You will be working with the directors / operations manager and project managers on residential new build and reconfiguration/refurbishments projects across London’s affluent areas on several super-prime residential developments.
With a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience in estimating, valuations, change control and final accounting you will be enthusiastic and able to inspire others.

Project Manager – Development Sector

Specialist project management consultant has a requirement for a project manager (or two) to join their Developers team in London or Surrey.
A confident project manager you will be comfortable fronting into clients and dealing with complex schemes, challenging contractors etc, taking control of the whole process, from concept to completion, on a range of development projects ranging typically from £5m to £100m.
This is very much a delivery role and needs a project manager that will get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. The client base includes global brands such as Axa Real Estate, Threadneedle, Northumberland Estates etc.
This is a great opportunity for a project manager who wants to step out of the process driven larger corporate consultancy environment and make their own mark on project delivery. The role also has a succession plan in mind so there is real opportunity to make clients your own.

Senior Planner/Project Manager – Healthcare Sector

My client is delivering on the world’s most iconic projects for globally renowned clients solving complex problems that shape the future of the built environment.
They currently have an exciting new opportunity for a senior project manager/planner with experience of detailed programming/scheduling, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor, with healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
You will have in depth knowledge and demonstrable experience of planning and managing projects from feasibility stages through planning to delivery. You will have a proven track record working within a contractor or consultancy environment and have been actively https://shlclubhouse.org/pharmacy-online/ involved in the planning and project management of £multi-million projects in the UK and have excellent management and communication skills.
Experience of managing JCT and NEC forms of Contract and of administrating Management Contracts is important. Due to the nature of your first assignment, knowledge and experience of delivering Healthcare projects would be preferred.
