We are looking to hire Civil Engineers for various positions who have experience of working in structure, finishes, and facades in high-rise building projects.
SITE ENGINEER
Education: B.E. Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Role:
Manage site activity by coordinating with different teams for required resources and ensuring completion of the activity. Report site updates to Project Manager/Construction Manager and escalate any issues in a timely manner.
SR. SITE ENGINEER
Education: B.E. Civil Engineering Experience: 5 to 8 years
Role:
Coordinate and execute site activities by arranging necessary resources such as material, labor, and subcontractors. Collaborate with various teams including Safety, Quality, Commercial, Planning, and Store to ensure timely completion of activities and report updates and challenges to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
SR. QA/QC ENGINEER / QA/QC ENGINEER
Education: B.E. Civil Engineering
Experience: 5+ years
Role:
To maintain project quality, conduct site inspections for each activity and provide training to the site team. Proactively identify defects, take corrective and preventive actions and inspect materials as per the QAQC inspection plan.
SAFETY OFFICER/ SR. SAFETY OFFICER
Education: Any Degree/ Nebosh
Experience: 5+ years
Role:
To guarantee continuous safety on the project, perform regular inspections, safety campaigns, and training. Enforce the company’s safety plan and proactively identify hazardous conditions at the worksite.
LAND SURVEYOR
Education: Diploma Civil
Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience Role:
Responsible for conducting a pre-project survey to establish survey points (for Structure and Façade). Preparation of as-built drawings upon completion of Structure for each level.
DRAUGHTSMAN
Education: Diploma Civil
Experience: 3+ years of Structure / Finishes / MEP/ Façade drafting experience
Role:
Responsible for drafting and submitting working and shop drawings to the consultant, and reviewing and submitting subcontractor shop drawings. Keep the team informed of all drawing revisions and updates.
