Qualification- B.Tech/ M.Tech Experience- 15+ Years
Job Description:
a. Handling the maintenance of heavy earth-moving types of machinery like drill machines, excavators, dozer, dumpers etc. b. Should be well conversed with equipment, troubleshooting, planning of parts, adhering to emergency and critical breakdown, and restoration timelines.
c. Should have experience of handling DGMS, and statutory compliances of HEMM like ISO, OHSAS etc.
d. Should be conversed in facing internal and external audits, efficiency improvements, cost control and manpower planning.
e. Approach towards reduction of MTTR, MTBF, cost/ton, cost/ hour along with experience of handling contracts of various types is required.
IT Skills:
- Should be exposed in the workshop (HEMM) activities like rebuilding, repair, and reconditioning of assemblies along with the running of workshop functions.
- Exposure towards IT tools for preventive maintenance.
