Salary: ₹50,000.00 to ₹55,000.00 /month
Experience: Civil Site Execution: 9 years (Required)

Purpose of the role :
Site Engineer will ensure that the project work is completed to the highest standards. To take care of day to day activities and supervision at assigned projects and to ensure that work is carried out in line with expectations of the General Manager Projects and Construction Manager. To coordinate with Consulting architect, Consulting Interior designer, other consultants, Isprava Architect, Isprava ID and Operations team. To handover the assigned project in good quality and time as per schedule. To take charge of the construction activities and ensure all information and material is available in advance. To coordinate and resolve site issues along with Isprava Team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Review and report based on project schedules and ensure work is completed in good quality and on time.
Follow Construction execution plan (construction sequences, logistics, planning scheduling, controlling, monitoring activities.)
Carry out all Preconstruction activities
To own the project implementation on site based on agreed project schedules and specifications from conception to completion.
Carry out Construction technical evaluation.
Coordination with Construction manager, General Manager, Isprava Team, Architect/s, Designers, Consultants etc.
Site supervision, identifying snags, guidance on correct methods.
To create periodic reports for various assigned projects and prepare weekly projects snapshots and action plan.
Responsible for resolving worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track under guidance of Construction Manager / General Manager / Isprava team.
Ensure the project proceeds in a timely manner
Maintain site log book
Ensure work is competed to the highest standards
Reporting and tracking.
Orange and Red flag issues which will impact progress and delivery of project and find mitigations solutions to get project back on track
A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage co-workers
Excellent understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundations, carpentry and masonry work
The ability to supervise numerous teams handling a variety of tasks
Oversee constructions across assigned sites to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate, direct and drive construction workers and contractors
Foresee and resolve issues that arise from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundations, carpentry and masonry work
Conceptualization
the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
The ability to supervise numerous teams handling a variety of tasks
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Should be proficient in reading AutoCAD, Technical Drawings and MS Projects files.
Educational Qualification: BE/ME – Civil Engineering.
Prior work experience : Minimum 6+ years of experience in Civil Industry with an impeccable track record of managing construction teams, contractors and vendors.
Reporting to : Construction Manager / GM Projects
Industry Preference : Real Estate ; Conglomerates preferred but not necessary.
